WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We are based in Australia and offer shipping internationally.

All orders placed on our Australian website are sent from our Australian based warehouse. We offer Free Shipping for all Australian orders over $150, over $250 globally. Or, purchase any 2 items and get complimentary shipping to any destination.

If you cannot find your country in the shipping list at check out, please email us.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or email us.

Deliveries are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, purchases made on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

If you have entered your address incorrectly at checkout and wish to redirect your parcel during transit, please contact the carrier directly by using the below links: Australia Post

All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel. 

For customers shipping to all international destinations you are required to pay customs and import taxes as your orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

SAN TARA is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions:

Algeria, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Korea, North Korea, Kuwait, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Turkey

Please note, we are also unable to ship to hotels internationally, so please use a private address only.
